Your calls and emails are very important to us and wherever possible we try to respond immediately or at least within 72 hours of you making contact.
However, as you can imagine, the nature of our work requires us to spend a lot of time on the front-line working both on and off-site, with young people, parents and the wider community, delivering our prevention & early intervention services.
Therefore if there is no-one available to take your call or you do not receive an immediate response to your email, we would really appreciate your patience and support during these times.
In any event we ask that you would always leave us a voicemail message or send us an email with your contact information and a brief overview of the nature of your enquiry, so that a member of our team can get back to you as soon as we are available to do so.

The PYP Community Office is our primary base. It accommodates the PYP Team and many of our Meetings, Seminars, Training Sessions, Workshops and Family Consultations.
The Community Office is also responsible for all our administration work during normal working hours and deals with all aspects of the organisation including;
