Hi, I'm Cynthia and I have worked in the public and voluntary sectors for over 3 decades. My experience has included local authority school establishments across the country and an international religious institution.
My roles have given me the financial accounting responsibility to handle multiple funding pots of various values, including million pound accounts. Additionally, I also have been involved in reclaiming very large tax refunds via gift aid. Being a part of an organisation that has good moral standing and high integrity is vital when working with finances.
My experience of working with the PYP leadership team has definitely revealed these qualities. For this reason I am always delighted to offer my expertise and support to help ensure that funds are handled correctly and for the benefit of improving the lives of the vulnerable young people and families whom PYP serves.
Ian Rowe
I.T Consultant
Hi, I'm Ian and I have over 20 years experience in the field of Information Technology. Working on a freelance basis has provided me with opportunities that have lead me to work on a local, national and international level. My role includes putting infrastructure in place to provide secure network systems within organisations in accordance with GDPR regulations. Families need to be protected, so it is great for me to be given the opportunity to offer my expertise and collaborate with an organisation that is working hard to ensure their safety.
In addition to my I.T profession, I have years of experience of serving my country as a soldier in the British Army. I am also a motivational speaker with a strong passion for supporting young people, especially in the area of crime prevention. Therefore it is an added bonus as well as an amazing experience whenever I get the opportunity to utilise these skills during the PYP youth projects and community outreach events.
Pauline Bailey
Estate Planning Consultant
Hi, I'm Pauline and I have over 30 years experience in the Finance, Insurance and Banking industry.
I specialise in Estate Planning which involves helping members of the community to put their personal & financial affairs in order. I work alongside a team of experts in the field, such as; advisors, brokers, solicitors and barristers, to ensure a high quality service. Our customer base varies from supporting lower income households to handling million pound estates.
Working in a consultancy capacity for PYP is a great position to be in as it allows me to offer my expertise to ensure that families receive the right information to enable them to make informed decisions about their lives.
However, it also gives me great satisfaction to be able to contribute to a much needed service and work alongside a wonderful team of passionate individuals who are extremely dedicated to the cause.
